In our studies with thousands of workers, we discovered that:
- Employee satisfaction depends on organizational conditions such as workspace, salary, vacation policies, and more.
- It also relies on personal skills such as self-efficacy, clarifying expectations and intentions, identifying personal strengths, finding meaning at work, and expressing positive emotions.
- Satisfaction is further influenced by the reduction of burnout, stress, and fear, as well as by social support and the attitude of management.
Evaluation studies of our program users showed that employees who practiced the program’s skills experienced:
- Improved coping with work-life stress
- Reduced daily stress levels
- Increased work engagement and sense of purpose
- Lower burnout
- Enhanced personal and professional flourishing
