Welcome to the BuzzLife website (hereinafter, “the Site“). The Site is managed and operated by BuzzLife Ltd., a Well-Tech company operating in the field of Wellbeing (hereinafter, “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We are engaged in imparting capabilities and skills for coping with stress, pressure, and anxiety, reducing levels of mental burnout, absenteeism, and employee turnover in organizations, as well as strengthening personal resilience, organizational prosperity, and improving the level of Wellbeing for the organization and the employee.
The Company offers digital products designed to improve the level of Wellbeing in daily life, in the workplace, coping with situations of fear, and more.
The Site presents the Company’s activities and products to customers and/or users of the Site (hereinafter, “the User(s)“) and provides the opportunity to purchase and receive comprehensive information about the Company’s services and products (hereinafter, “the Company’s Services“).
We respect your privacy, and for that purpose, this policy explains what information we collect through the Site and how we process it.
This Privacy Policy is written in the masculine gender for convenience only, for which we apologize, but it is, of course, intended for all genders.

What Information is Collected Through the Site?

Where Does the Company Store User Data?
The Company and/or its employees may store personal information on computers, local servers, and in the Company’s data centers in Israel, or on the servers of external suppliers or in cloud-based computing services, such as OneDrive, Google, Dropbox, and the like.
Data Retention
The Company retains personal information for the period required to perform its activities, meet its legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain best practices for auditing, compliance, and any other legitimate purpose and in accordance with legal requirements.
If it is determined that access to such data is no longer expected or required, it may be encrypted and transferred to archival storage, deleted, or anonymized. Certain data may also be kept on the servers of external suppliers until their deletion according to the privacy and retention policies of said suppliers. Personal details may be retained for additional periods, until they are removed from backup systems.
Transfer of Personal Information Outside the Country’s Borders

If you have violated the terms of use or other legal provisions, we may share information about you with third parties such as law enforcement authorities and legal advisors, to enforce the terms or legal provisions. If we receive an order or a request from a competent authority instructing us to transfer information about you, we will comply with the binding order or request and provide the requested information to the authority authorized to receive it.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
We may change the Privacy Policy from time to time. In such a case, we will update you about the policy change through the Site. If you do not agree with the new policy, you must cease all use of the Site. Your continued use of the Site after we have updated you about the policy change constitutes your agreement to the new policy. In any case, the new policy will always be available for review through the Site itself.
