Designed for anyone seeking to improve their quality of life and achieve positive change in thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in daily life.
Program Highlights:
Is combined of 32 meetings, intended for anyone who wishes to improve their quality of life and achieve positive change in their thoughts, emotions, and everyday behaviors.
Defining personal goals
Identifying behaviors
Developing self-efficacy
Finding meaning
Identifying personal strengths
Enhancing the expression of positive emotions
Changing the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors
Developing social relationships
In each topic, participants learn to identify, practice, and apply what they’ve learned.
Each station includes watching videos, practicing various techniques, and applying the material in daily life.
It is important to engage with the program two to three times a week and practice for a few minutes each time.
Progress is based on your personal pace and completion of the tasks.
