Designed for employees experiencing stress, tension, and burnout at work, who wish to gain tools and skills to change thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; to improve their personal functioning at home and in the workplace; to manage work-life balance — and to thrive.
Program Highlights
Designed for employees experiencing stress, tension, and burnout at work,
this program provides tools and skills to change thoughts, emotions, and behaviors;
to improve personal functioning both at home and in the workplace;
to manage work-life balance — and to flourish.
There are 24 se4ssions. The journey enables learning and practicing various skills that lead to reduced burnout, increased engagement, and the discovery of strengths, positive emotions, and meaningful connections at work.
In each topic, you learn to identify, practice, and apply what you’ve learned.
At each stage, you watch videos, practice different techniques, and apply what you’ve learned in daily life.
It’s important to log in to the program two to three times a week and practice for a few minutes.
Progress is based on your personal pace and completion of the tasks.
