For anyone seeking to better cope with a trauma they have experienced, and to gain tools and techniques for reducing stress and increasing positive emotions in daily life.

Program Highlights

The program offers a gradual process that focuses on one hand, on confronting the trauma—difficult experiences, painful emotions, troubling thoughts and imagery—and on the other hand, provides tools to find a safe space, support, positive emotions, meaning, and hope for the future.

In the program 25 sessions . In each session, participants watch a video clip, listen to a podcast, and engage in relaxation exercises, guided imagery, and meditation.
They practice through writing, drawing, photography, and journaling, gradually acquiring tools and skills to learn how to live with the trauma, reduce symptoms, cope effectively, and feel better.
