Research on Managers in Organizations

We studied team leaders and senior managers across various organizations and found that a significant part of an employee’s ability to improve their condition—and the creation of a positive organizational atmosphere—depends on the manager’s functioning.
Research on Employees

The Happy Work program is based on research we conducted with thousands of employees across various organizations. As in other studies, we found that levels of stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout among employees are extremely high. These conditions reduce productivity, lead to both mental and physical health issues, and contribute to employee turnover.
Research on Satisfaction with life and Happiness (Wellbeing)

The HAPPYMOL program is based on research conducted by Dr. Dangoor and Professor Ronen, who explored the key factors contributing to life satisfaction and happiness.
Research on Trauma

The Trauma Out program is based on research we conducted on trauma. Our studies showed that trauma is an event that threatens life and causes a significant disruption in prior functioning. A traumatic event can include war, death, serious illness, or harm to oneself or one’s surroundings.
Research on Fears and Anxiety

The No Fear program is based on years of research conducted by Professor Ronen during times of war, terror attacks, prolonged exposure to stressful situations, and difficult life events (such as bereavement, illness, or job loss). Some of these studies were also conducted during the Iron Swords War, during which the program was offered to users who engaged with it and achieved positive change.
