'Better Sleep' Program
This program offers tools and techniques for anyone struggling with unwanted sleep patterns, such as difficulty falling asleep, disrupted sleep, or frequent awakenings.
Program Highlights
The program is structured into a series of stations, each focusing on a different sleep-related topic.
Participants receive information on the topic, listen to podcasts that include various relaxation exercises and guided imagery sessions aimed at improving sleep.
They practice techniques, keep track of their sleep patterns, and gradually improve their sleep quality.
8 Sessions
In each session, participants learn a topic related to improving sleep, listen to a podcast, practice breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and guided imagery, and apply what they’ve learned.
Gradually, they learn to sleep better!
In each topic, you learn to identify, practice, and apply what you’ve learned.
At each stage, you watch videos, practice different techniques, and apply what you’ve learned in daily life.
It’s important to log in to the program two to three times a week and practice for a few minutes.
Progress is based on your personal pace and completion of the tasks.
