It is not a course — it’s an interactive program for acquiring change-oriented skills. You can view it from your computer or mobile device.

Is cancellation possible?

Cancellation is not possible. Once the purchase is made and the program link is activated (see Terms of Use), it cannot be undone.

 
 
Can I use the subscription for more than one person?

No. Each user receives a personal program intended solely for their own use.

 
 
How is all this done?

Through a journey that includes diverse stations where you learn, experience, practice, and apply different skills. The process includes games, questionnaires, exercises, and assignments.

What will you learn?

Each program is tailored to the topic, but all provide tools and skills for achieving the goal, supported by evidence-based knowledge. They also address ways of thinking, doing, and behaving to achieve the goal and perform better.

How does change happen?

Change occurs through consistent engagement with the digital program every day, at a convenient time, practicing skills (5 minutes a day) over the course of several weeks.

 
How do we know it works?

The program assesses the situation before and after the process, and each participant receives feedback accordingly. In addition, participants quickly gain skills and begin to feel change. They provide reports on their progress, goal achievement, and improvement in emotional and cognitive responses.
