Our Expert Team
Our expert team—renowned professors with decades of experience in positive psychology, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and change processes—have developed the scientifically validated model Positive CBT.
This model includes a rich combination of skills, tools, methods, and integrated techniques designed to create positive change, based on scientific research and extensive professional experience.
Professor Emeritus at Tel Aviv University, former Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences
Prof. Ronen previously served as Chair of the Israeli Association for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and as a representative to both the European and American CBT Associations. She also held the education portfolio in the Positive Psychology Association and served as a City Council Member in Rishon LeZion.
She has published 14 books and hundreds of articles and book chapters on behavioral change processes and wellbeing. Prof. Ronen has developed and led numerous behavioral change projects in Israel and around the world.
Yair has founded and managed companies in the fields of healthcare and medicine in Africa and China.
His doctoral research at Tel Aviv University, Israel, explored the key factors contributing to life satisfaction and happiness.
Yair holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, both from Ben-Gurion University, Israel.
Chen holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a master's degree in Physics.
Chen has specialized and worked with many companies in developing algorithms, AI, and machine learning.
