The Imagination for Change program is designed to prepare each participant for the use of guided imagery techniques, which are central to many therapeutic programs.
Program Highlights
The program offers a gradual, step-by-step process that allows participants to practice, learn, and apply various techniques aimed at improving functioning and coping with stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges—through therapy, imagination, and experiential exercises.
The program includes multiple stations, each focusing on a different topic, helping participants progress further in their ability to imagine, practice, and apply what they’ve learned.
Participants receive information, listen to short podcasts, and practice using relaxation and imagery techniques—starting from describing current situations and past memories, and advancing toward the ability to engage in guided imagery exercises to deal with fears, anxiety, trauma, and more.
6 Sessions
Each session focuses on a topic related to the power of imagination.
Participants listen to podcasts, practice breathing, relaxation, and guided imagery, complete various exercises, and apply what they’ve learned—
until they gradually learn to use imagination as a tool for enhancing quality of life.
In each topic, you learn to identify, practice, and apply what you’ve learned.
At each stage, you watch videos, practice different techniques, and apply what you’ve learned in daily life.
It’s important to log in to the program two to three times a week and practice for a few minutes.
Progress is based on your personal pace and completion of the tasks.
