Programs for organizations
'Better Work' Program
Designed for managers who wish to enhance organizational wellbeing, support employees experiencing stress, and enable the organization to thrive.
The program provides the manager with:
- Personal skills – to improve thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in daily life.
- Managerial skills – to strengthen, encourage, express gratitude, and help employees flourish.
- Organizational skills – to improve the optimal climate, foster growth, and promote organizational happiness.
The program includes 17 stations.
In each unit, the manager gains knowledge and practices skills related to themselves, their team, and the organization as a whole —
so that by the end of the process, they will be better equipped to create and sustain an optimal organizational climate.
In each topic, you learn to identify, practice, and apply what you’ve learned.
At each stage, you watch videos, practice different techniques, and apply what you’ve learned in daily life.
It’s important to log in to the program two to three times a week and practice for a few minutes.
Progress is based on your personal pace and completion of the tasks.
Didn’t finish – didn’t achieve.
Finished – succeeded!

Testimonials
Thank you for being here with me and for me
I’ve learned a new way of life
An interesting journey, thank you for the opportunity to go through it. It took me a little longer than it should have, but that was due to my work. Thank you very much.
I enjoyed doing the tasks. I learned a lot.
Too bad you weren’t here earlier. I could have saved myself a lot of problems.
Even a small change is a positive change. When negative thoughts come up, I recall the journey, and even if it feels a bit artificial, I convince myself to shift my approach. It was nice to take part in the journey. It’s presented in a pleasant and relaxed way, without pressure and without feeling like a burden of “homework.” Thanks to everyone involved in creating this journey.
Where have you been until now? Three years in therapy didn’t give me what I achieved in this journey with you.
