'EduLead' Program – For Educational Organization Leaders

Designed for those who wish to enhance their personal functioning, support staff experiencing stress, and develop an optimal organizational climate.

The program provides educational organization leaders with a range of skills:

It offers a gradual change process focused on key topics such as:
setting goals, identifying behaviors, developing self-efficacy, recognizing personal strengths, enhancing the expression of positive emotions, reshaping the link between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and evaluating change.

In each topic, the manager acquires skills to help employees apply what they’ve learned in their work, social environment, and ability to balance home and work life.

It is recommended to engage with the program 2–3 times a week and practice for a few minutes daily.
The process is personal, and its effectiveness depends on your consistency and progress.

Rhe program  includes 24 stations.
Learning, practicing, and applying tasks such as writing, drawing, photography, guided imagery, relaxation, and more —
equip leaders with the ability to more effectively guide their organization, reduce employee burnout, and foster an optimal organizational climate.
