BbetterE work is designed for managers who wish to improve the positive climate at work, to help their organization flourish and to help their workers be engaged.

The core of the program

The program helps you reinforce, motivate and involved your employees The program proposes a modular process of 24 stations focusing on 7 items: Goal setting; Definition of behavior; Increasing self-efficacy; Identifying strengths; Increasing positive emotions; Changing the link between thoughts, emotions and behavior; and assessing the change process.
In each station, you will gain skills how to motivate your employees, pay gratitude, reinforce them, and apply skills regarding work and home situations.
You will also watch a short video clip and practice different kinds of tools and skills.
It is important to connect to the program several times a week and to find a few minutes to practice every day.
The process is personal, and the outcomes depend on your progress and consistency until you reach the end of the program in about 3 months.
