Builds your wellbeing, strengthens organizational resilience

What is wellbeing and why is it so important?

Stress and anxiety are an integral part of our lives.

When we feel unsatisfied, unsettled and incapable, we are less productive

The theoretical and research basis

BuzzLife’s digital intervention programs are based on theoretical models, which have been studied in numerous doctoral theses and peer-reviewed published studies over many years.

These programs are also based on the analysis of therapeutic protocols.

BuzzLife’s activities are based on cognitive behavioral, organizational and positive psychology approaches that change thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

These activities provide tools to deal with and reduce stressful situations, together with positive psychology approaches, which emphasize the importance of goal setting, meaning, strengths and self-efficacy as a way to develop resilience.

The programs underwent extensive pilots, in which an initial diagnosis was compared to a diagnosis after using the program.

Responses were collected from the participants during the process. The pilot studies showed a distinct positive change when examining user progress during the program.
